Workplace Representation
Access representation and support when workplace concerns, discipline, investigations, or disputes arise.
FAPP Local 2 exists to represent EMS professionals in the workplace, keep members informed, and give our bargaining unit a stronger collective voice.
It is a structure for representation, communication, participation, and a collective voice on the issues that affect your work.
Access representation and support when workplace concerns, discipline, investigations, or disputes arise.
Understand the collective bargaining agreement, protect negotiated rights, and use a clear grievance process when needed.
Members have a stronger voice together on working conditions, professional concerns, and the future of the bargaining unit.
Members can access announcements, meetings, documents, voting, requests, and Local 2 resources through the secure Members Hub.
Take part in meetings, polls, elections, discussions, and decisions that shape Local 2.
Local 2 is built around EMS professionals and the workplace realities our members deal with every day.
Membership eligibility depends on the applicable bargaining unit and Local 2's governing rules. We do not automatically approve someone simply because they submit this form.
If you work in an EMS position that may fall within Local 2's represented bargaining unit, you can request a review and leadership will verify your eligibility.
Tell us who you are, how to reach you, and basic information about your EMS employment.
Local 2 verifies whether you fall within the appropriate bargaining unit and whether additional information is needed.
If you appear eligible, an officer will explain the membership process and any paperwork or requirements that remain.
Your application is visible only to authorized Local 2 leadership. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, patient information, or medical information here.
