Eligibility

Think you may qualify?

Membership eligibility depends on the applicable bargaining unit and Local 2's governing rules. We do not automatically approve someone simply because they submit this form.

If you work in an EMS position that may fall within Local 2's represented bargaining unit, you can request a review and leadership will verify your eligibility.

Before you apply

You currently work in an EMS position that may be covered by FAPP Local 2.
You can provide accurate personal contact and employment information.
You understand that submitting this form starts a review — it does not itself create union membership.
If you are already a Local 2 member and only need website access, use the Members Hub instead.
